职位描述

岗位职责：

1. 对齐品牌需求，统筹制定重点品牌品牌季度执行方案，完成品牌投放指标，对品牌满意度负责；
   

2. 跟进需求执行进度，完成周度、月度品牌需求荐号、定档、发布量；
   

3. 统筹管理团队成员媒介和商务的执行情况，协助组员解决项目执行中的疑难卡点问题，对团队成员人效负责。
   

岗位要求：

1. 本科及以上学历，市场营销、电商运营、数据分析相关专业为佳；
   

2. 具备较强的沟通能力和执行力，可以快速拉近客户关系并及时响应工作需求；
   

3. 逻辑清晰，思维活跃，能够有条理地独立分析并解决问题。
