Established in June2018, the Business School , Shenzhen Technology University ,is a high-level research and application-oriented business school establishedto cater to the rapid economic and social development of the Guangdong-HongKong-Macao Greater Bay Area, the nation, and even the world. With over 950current students, the School benchmarks itself against the Business School , Pforzheim University , Germany (the first German University of Applied Sciences 'business school to receive AACSB accreditation), adopting a small-class, fullyEnglish-taught model. It boasts an internationalized team of high-levelfaculty, emphasizing the integration of government, industry, and academia,with the aim of nurturing innovative, pragmatic, globally-minded future leaderswho can shape the global economy and society in a responsible manner, fosteringsustainable awareness, contributing to society, and benefiting humanity.
The School currentlycomprises a faculty team of over 40 members, nearly 40% of whom are foreignteachers. All faculty members hold Ph.D. degrees, and over 90% have overseas studyor work experience, having graduated from prestigious institutions such as the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania , the University of Oxford , University College London,and the University of Texas at Dallas .The School houses three research centers: Circular Economy Research Center , Business Case Center ,and Research Center for Financial Innovation &FinTech. It is equipped with advanced training facilities, including a DigitalEconomy Lab, Smart Accounting Training Room, Business Simulation Center , and New MediaStudio. Currently, the School offers three undergraduate majors (InternationalBusiness, Financial Management, and Marketing) and a joint MBA program. InNovember 2023, the School was officially approved to enter the AACSB (Associationto Advance Collegiate Schools of Business) international accreditation process,marking its entry into the ranks of internationally recognized businessschools.

Your Tasks / Responsibilities ：
1. Make good use ofprogram-related knowledge and expertise to carry out university teaching andpractical project tasks.
2. Undertake duties assignedby the School with high performance in execution.
Requirements ：
Candidates should havea passion for education, an open-minded personality with the willingness towork together with companies and to do applied research.

Salary & Benefits:
Competitive salariescomplemented by a structured mechanism for salary progression.2. OutstandingCandidates are eligible for direct appointment of "Pengcheng PeacockPlan" with a salary package starting at 740,000 RMB for AssistantProfessors, 840,000 RMB for Associate Professors, and 900,000 RMB for FullProfessors. Research start-up funds ranging from 1 to 10 million RMB areprovided. To support team building, 1-2 full-time research staff and anunlimited number of postdoctoral researchers will be assigned, with at leastone guaranteed master or doctoral student.3. PhD holders registered as SZresidency may qualify for a living stipend of 100,000 RMB.4. Individuals whomeet the criteria may benefit from the personal income tax incentives offeredwithin the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.5.
