Position: HR & Admin Assistant
Responsibilities
HR Responsibilities
· Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, resume screening, and interview coordination.
· Support compensation & benefits administration, such as payroll data entry and MPF contributions.
· Assist in tax reporting to the Inland Revenue Department and handle various work visa applications with the Immigration Department.
· Handle employee inquiries to ensure smooth employee relations.
Administrative Responsibilities
· Manage office equipment maintenance, procurement, and inventory of office supplies to ensure smooth operations.
· Arrange overseas travel and accommodation for staff, ensuring cost-efficiency and compliance with company policies.
· Support office renovation processes, including coordinating with contractors and managing project timelines.
· Maintain a systematic filing system and handle confidential information with discretion.
· Provide support for ad hoc projects and office administration tasks as needed.
Requirements
· Higher Diploma or above, preferably in Human Resources Management or related fields.
· 1 year of relevant experience;
fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
· Willingness to learn Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations, and tax/visa application processes.
· Responsible, well-organized, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office;
strong skills in creating presentation slides is a plus.
· Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
