PostSpecification
KeyResponsibilities
1. Workunder the Dean ’ s Office andassist with daily administrative tasks;
2. Beresponsible for handling documentation, reports and other related materials;
3. Arrangemeetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items;
4. Assist instudent and faculty activities within respective divisions;
5. Keepliaison with administrative departments within the School and the University;
6. Performother administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor ’ s degree or above;
2.Preferably with experience in academic and teaching support in tertiaryinstitutions;
3. Excellentcommunication and coordination skills;
4. Goodcommand of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
5.Proficient in office software such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
6. Goodcommunication skills and a spirit of teamwork.
Salary &Benefits
Salary willbe competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointmentswill be made under the establishment of CUHK-SZ and statutory benefits will beprovided according to the prevailing labor laws applicable in the PRC. Theappointee will be based at the University campus in Shenzhen, PRC.
