一、岗位目标 position objective
商品 创优生旨在通过系统的培训及各海外市场的实践锻炼,培养成为具备全球化视野的全面 商品 管理知识和技能的核心人才,能够独立承担海外市场的 商品类 工作的管理者
M erchandise Management trainee Program aims to cultivate core talents with comprehensive merchandise management knowledge and skills from a global perspective through systematic training and practical exercises in various overseas markets, and management capable of independently undertaking merchandise work in overseas markets.
二、工作职责 job responsibilities
1、 学习并掌握门店的基础运营知识及运作流程
Learn and master the basic operational knowledge and processes of the store.
2、 了解门店布局规划,门店陈列标准,门店的收货流程从商品的角度
Understand the store layout plan, store display standards, and the store's goods receiving process from a merchandise perspective.
3、 学习商品的基础知识,如:如何主推及在门店陈列畅销产品,季节性产品的销售上升期,提前多久陈列;
如何清理滞销品等
Learn the basics of merchandising, such as how to highlight and display best-selling products in the store, how far in advance to display seasonal products during their sales increase period, how to clear unsold products, etc
4、 调研市场,分析市场信息,对比 竞 品 优劣势,预测商品的流行趋势
Research the market, analyze market information, compare the advantages and disadvantages of competing products, and predict the popular trends of goods.
5、 参与制定本地化商品策略,规划商品矩阵,制定商品上新计划,设计营销推广及促销计划 Participate in the formulation of localized product strategies, plan product matrixes, formulate product launch plans, and design marketing and promotional plans
6、 定价市场及毛利率,收集品类成本数据,设定品类定价策略
Pricing market and gross profit margin, collect category cost data, set category pricing strategy

Operations Management trainee Program aims to cultivate core talents with comprehensive operational management knowledge and skills from a global perspective through systematic training and practical exercises in various overseas markets, and management capable of independently undertaking operational work in overseas markets.
二、工作职责 job responsibilities
1、 学习并掌握门店的基础运营知识及运作流程
Learn and master the basic operational knowledge and processes of the store.
2、 熟悉 0-1 建店流程,根据新店开业计划,合理安排和跟进建店相关工作。
确保店铺在计划日期可正常运营
Be familiar with the 0-1 store setup process, and reasonably arrange and follow up the relevant work according to the new store opening plan. Ensure that the store can operate normally on the scheduled date.
3、 深度参与各海外市场的门店运营管理工作,协助海外市场门店落实运营的门店标准及人员赋能培训
Participate in the store operation and management of various overseas markets, and assist overseas market stores in implementing operational store standards and personnel empowerment training.
4、 参与市场的本地化运营策略方案的制定, 识别存在问题,建立指标监控机制
Participate in the preparation of localized operational strategies for the market, identify problems, and establish an indicator monitoring mechanism
5、 规划店铺货盘:收集店铺需求,制定货盘规划方案,绘制店铺布局图,设定库存管理策略
Plan store inventory: collect store requirements, formulate a plan for inventory management, draw up a store layout plan, and set inventory management strategies
6、 制定及监督执行门店标准:制定门店陈列标准及门店标准检查机制
Set and supervise the implementation of store standards: set store display standards and a store standard inspection mechanism
