美国德信律师事务所（ Fredrikson & Byron ） 1948 年成立于美国明尼苏达州，我们的中国业务团队 由具有丰富跨国业务经验的美国律师和中国律师组成。
现招聘优秀的法学院在校生来我司实习。

业务领域：公司法

工作要求 ：

· 国内知名院校法学院专业本科及以上的在校生

· 英语流利 , 有一定的法律英语基础

· 通过中国法律职业资格考试者优先考虑

· 了解公司法涉外业务及有相关实习经验者优先考虑

· 工作认真，仔细，具备良好的团队沟通及合作意识

· 熟练运用 Word, Outlook 等办公软件

· 能保证每周实习 4 个工作日

待遇 ：

· 实习期间的津贴为 300 /天
