The projectinvestigates the design and delivery of public service in contemporarysocio-technological settings with a variety of methodological approaches. Itsprincipal investigator, Dr. Wai-Hang Yee, is currently Associate Professor inthe School of Humanities and Social Science. He alsoserves as the Associate Editor of the Asia Pacific Journal of PublicAdministration. His research focuses on the intersection between publicadministration, public management, and public policy.

Job Description
We areseeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Research Assistant to supportour research projects in the field of public administration. In this role, youwill contribute to a variety of research projects by assisting with literaturereviews, data collection and analysis, and the preparation of research [申请查看] is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a collaborativeresearch environment.
Applicants should have:
1.Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. public administration, publicpolicy, political science, urban studies, sociology, environmental studies);
2. Strongresearch, analytical, and problem-solving skills;
3. Excellentwritten and verbal communication abilities in English and Chinese;
4.Proficiency with data analysis software (e.g. SPSS, R, Python);
5. Abilityto work independently as well as collaboratively;
6.Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills;
7.Candidates who demonstrate a strong interest in pursuing an academic career inthis region are preferred.
Job Duties include:
1. Assistingin literature reviews, data collection, and analysis, performing administrativetasks such as preparing reports and organizing research materials;
2. Providinggeneral research support to ensure the success of ongoing projects.
Salary and Fringe Benefits
Salary willbe comparable to international standards, commensurate with experience andaccomplishments. Appointments will be made under the establishment ofCUHK-Shenzhen, and employee benefits will be provided according to the relevantlabor laws of Mainland China as well as CUHK-Shenzhen regulations.
