岗位职责

Be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting activities, such as sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary recommendation, offer negotiation, reference check, offer letter generation and etc.;
Ensure the recruitment processes are conducted efficiently and in accordance with company policies and standards;
Work closely with hiring managers as a business partner and provide professional suggestion for hiring solutions;
Develop relationships with HRBP, HR Operation and C&B to achieve recruiting targets;
Collect and sort out recruiting data;
Support in Employer Branding;
Ad-hoc work.

Minimum of 2 years’ solid experience in recruiting, experience in searching firms is a plus;
Good understanding of hiring requirements and solid knowledge of interview techniques;
Ability of proactive sourcing;
Fluent in both written and oral English;
Familiar with excel and PPT;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Result-driven, resilient and a good team player.
