四、应聘流程

1. 简历投递：通过企业招聘邮箱或线下宣讲会现场投递简历。
邮件主题标准：岗位+姓名+学校+专业

2. 简历筛选：人力资源部门与分管领导，将依据学历专业契合度、实习经历丰富度、项目成果显著度以及获奖情况，对简历进行细致筛选。

3. 邀约初试：邀约同学们到沈阳分公司参加初试，面试结果将在3-5个工作日内，以邮件或电话形式予以通知。

4. 公司实习: 实习为期 1 - 2 个月，实习考核将综合上级评价、工作考核以及实习报告等，公司还将提供实习补贴，并购买商业保险。

5. 最终面试：实习期满，同学们需汇报实习收获，阐述职业规划，回应岗位匹配相关问题。
面试结果将在 3 - 5 个工作日内，通过短信和邮件传达给大家。

6. 签订三方协议：同学们收到通知后，公司将审核资料，双方充分沟通协议内容后签字盖章。
