一、课题组介绍与主要研究方向
卢泓远博士现任香港科技大学（广州）生命科学与生物医学工程学域助理教授、博士生导师。
本科毕业于纽约大学化学与生物工程专业，后于香港城市大学能源与环境学院获得博士学位。
毕业后，先后在新加坡国立大学化学与生物分子工程学院及得克萨斯大学奥斯汀分校化学工程学院从事博士后研究。
其研究成果发表在了 Nature 、 PNAS 、 Nature Communications 、 Trends in Biotechnology 、 Biotechnology andBioengineering 等国际权威期刊；
获得国家级人才项目；
国家自然科学基金面上项目等多项支持。
卢博士的研究领域涵盖合成生物学、蛋白质工程、代谢工程及环境微生物学，聚焦于微生物与酶的改造与应用。
他致力于解析微生物代谢途径和酶的催化机制，开发相关生物化工技术，以应对环境、医药及能源等领域的挑战。
目前，课题组主要运用宏基因组学、机器学习及自动化技术，重点开展以下三个方向的研究：
①塑料的生物降解技术
②制药与精细化工领域的工业酶改造
③基于 dsRNA 技术的蚊虫防控研究。
二、招聘岗位（博士后）
招聘：博士后
应聘要求：
(1) 拥有生物信息学、计算生物学、机器学习、生命科学、生化工程或相关领域的博士学位；
(2) 近 5 年内以主要作者身份在相关领域的高水平期刊发表 1-2 篇学术论文；
(3) 具备独立科研能力和创新思维，能够带领小型团队高效完成科研任务；
(4) 乐观积极，善于沟通与合作，工作认真踏实，具备较强的毅力和责任心；
(5) 具有严谨、诚实的科研态度，注重团队协作，能够积极融入团队并推动项目进展。
(7) 年龄在 35 周岁以下（二次进站博士后除外），具有博士学位（获博士学位不超过 3 年），或通过博士学位论文答辩的应届博士。
三、奖学金 / 薪酬及待遇
博士后：
1. 聘期 2 年，提供极具竞争力的薪酬待遇，包括：
-- 最高 70 万元 (35 万 / 年 ) 生活补贴。
●全球前 200 的境外高校博士毕业生： 70 万 /2 年
●非全球前 200 的境外高校博士毕业生及所有国内高校毕业生： 46 万 /2 年
--20 万元的科研经费。
-- 导师提供的 12 万元 ~24 万元的综合年薪。
-- 缴纳社会保险和住房公积金。

2. 符合南沙区新引进学历人才条件人员，可申请 12 万元学历人才补贴。
3. 支持博士后在站期间申请各级科研课题资助。
4. 出站后留粤工作的博士后可申请最高 70 万元安家费。

I. Introduction to the Research Group and Research Focus
Dr. Hongyuan Lu is anAssistant Professor and PhD supervisor in the Bioscience and BiomedicalEngineering Thrust at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology ( Guangzhou ). He holds aB.S. in Chemical and Biological Engineering from New York University and aPh.D. from the School of Energy and Environmentat the City University of Hong Kong. He pursued postdoctoral research at theNational University of Singapore ’ s Department of Chemical andBiomolecular Engineering and the University of Texas at Austin ’ s Department of Chemical Engineering.
Dr. Lu's research hasbeen published in top-tier journals such as Nature, PNAS, NatureCommunications, Trends in Biotechnology, and Biotechnology and [申请查看], he has secured several research grants at the national,provincial, and municipal levels, such as the National Natural ScienceFoundation of China (General Program and the National Talent Scheme (YQ)),along with others.

Through his research,Dr. Lu aims to uncover the fundamental mechanisms of enzymes and biologicalsystems, leveraging their potential to address pressing global challenges.
II. Requirements:
1.PhD inbioinformatics, computational biology, machine learning, life sciences,biochemical engineering, or related fields.
2.At least 1 – 2 first-author publications in high-impact journals within the past fiveyears.
3.Strong independentresearch abilities and innovative thinking, with the capability to lead a smallteam and efficiently complete research tasks.
4.Positive attitude,strong communication and collaboration skills, and a diligent work ethic with ahigh sense of responsibility and perseverance.
5.Commitment toscientific integrity and teamwork, with the ability to integrate into theresearch group and drive project progress.
6.Age under 35 (exceptfor those returning for a second postdoctoral position), with a PhD obtainedwithin the last three years or a recent PhD graduate who has passed theirdissertation defense.
III. Salary & Benefits
PostdoctoralResearcher Compensation:
1. Two-yearappointment with highly competitive funding:
● Living allowance up to 700,000 RMB(350,000 RMB/year):
○ Graduates from top 200 globaluniversities: 700,000 RMB/2 years
○ Graduates from non-top 200 globaluniversities and all domestic universities: 460,000 RMB/2 years
● 200,000 RMB research funding
● Comprehensive annual salary: 120,000 – 240,000 RMB (provided by the supervisor)
● Social insurance and housing providentfund contributions
● Excellent research environment withopportunities for international collaboration
2. Additionalbenefits:
● Eligible candidates may apply for a120,000 RMB academic talent subsidy under the Nansha District talentintroduction policy.
