岗位职责: 1. 负责国内外客户检验需求的对接与流程协调,确保检验订单顺利完成 2. 协调内部技术团队、实验室及外部客户,跟踪检验进度 3. 维护客户关系,解答国内外客户的疑问 4. 检验报告及发票的出具 5. 完成主管上级交办的其他工作任务。
职位要求: 1. 本科及以上学历,英语相关或化学相关专业毕业 2. 有贸易跟单,检测机构、认证行业或客户协调相关实习经验优先
3. 英文六级或以上优先,英语读写能力强,擅长商务英语商务邮件 4. 具备优秀的沟通协调能力与客户服务意识;
5. 品行端正、工作态度积极主动,责任心强、良好的抗压能力及团队协作精神 能熟练使用办公软件,如Word、excel;
