Job Overview:

We are seeking motivated students working towards a finance, business, law, or related degree to join our internship program. Our interns will get the opportunity to learn and experience the intricacies of gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced industry. You will also learn about legal matters and participate in deal structures alongside industry specific training. Job Responsibilities:

• Assisting in reviewing and commenting on the legal documents relevant in the group’s business and operations

• Supporting the structuring, negotiating and managing the investment projects and deals the group is involved in

• Helping in design, develop, and maintain the group’s compliance framework

• Conducting AML/KYC and CDD screenings for counterparties onboarding involving risk assessment and transactions monitoring

• Assisting in the preparation and submission of reports to, and communicating with regulatory authorities as required

• Monitoring regulatory developments and changes in law relating to the group’s business lines in the relevant jurisdictions

• Collaborative across business units on legal and compliance related matters including development and implementation of training programs and awareness campaigns

• Advising the management on legal and compliance matters including corporate set-up, governance, employment

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or higher in finance, business, law, or related discipline (in the third or final year)

• Interest in fintech or financial industry

• Basic understanding of financial laws and regulations

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with diverse teams and business lines

• Attention to details, solution-driven, and resilient

• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
