岗位职责 Job Profile :

1. Coordinate with client consultant on case status management, case daily update, and IP project follow ups .

2. Provide documentation support and translate documents from Chinese to English or vice versa .

3. Draft proposal, email update and case report etc.

4. Manage the internal filing and case profile of clients , assist client development and intellectual property protection related work.

5. Assist and organize communications with clients / third parties .

6. Provide daily project supports e.g. disbursements management, project schedule management , liaisons with accountant on client billing, project operation maintenance .

7. Some other client support work and case admin assigned by line manager.

岗位职责 :

1. 协助客户顾问推进知识产权品牌保护项目的跟进、案件管理、日常更新、项目报告。

2. 中英翻译和知识产权保护项目的文书支持。

3. 撰写项目计划书、定期邮件汇报、正式报告等。

4. 管理客户的案件档案，协助客户拓展和品牌保护的相关工作。

5. 组织与客户 / 第三方服务商保持沟通和联系。

6. 提供项目的日常支持，例如 : 费用管理、行程安排、账单、实施方案等。

7. 完成直线经理交办的其他案件事务。

任职要求 :

1) Bachelor degree in English/Business Management related (equal or above CET6 level).

2) Good written and oral communication skills in both English and Chinese.

3) Basic knowledge on intellectual property or foreign trade is a good addition (not a must).

4) Demonstrated proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

5) Strong attention to detail, be initiative and flexible.

6) Being able to prioritize workload and good interpersonal skills.

任职要求 :

1) 大学 本科以上学历（英语六级或以上 ） , 英语、商业管理 类相关专业，或海外留学背景优先。

2) 精通英语，中英文表达能力良好。

3) 具备知识产权或外贸行业背景可优先考虑。

4) 熟练使用 MS Word 、 Excel 、 Outlook 和 PowerPoint 。

5) 工作细致，思路清晰，具有良好的沟通、协调能力。

6 ） 能够优先处理工作量，良好的人际交往能力。
