Post Specification
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Providing administrative service andcoordinating with different departments or units of the University;
2. Assisting in research projects,preparing and managing all the relevant documents as records;
3. Preparing materials for domestic andinternational academic conferences, including database search, slides andproposal writing;
4. Undertaking other tasks assigned by thesuperior.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Master ’ s degree or higher;
2. A minimum of 1 year relevant workingexperience;
3. Good research data search and graphicpresentation skills;
4. Good command of both written and spokenEnglish;
5. Good file management and communicationskills;
6. Good physical and mental health withstrong affinity;
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Officesoftware and social media;
8. Knowledge in medicine preferred.
Salary and Benefits
Salary will be competitive, commensuratewith qualifications and experience. Appointments will be made under theestablishment of CUHK-SZ and statutory benefits will be provided according tothe prevailing labor laws applicable in the PRC. The appointee will be based atthe University campus in Shenzhen, PRC.
