上海市野生动物疫源疫病研究院（以下简称“研究院”）由华东师范大学与上级部门共同建设，委托华东师大管理，相对独立运行。
院区主要设置在华东师范大学闵行校区。
研究院将以切实维护生物安全和生态安全，有效防范重大公共卫生风险，切实保障人民群众生命健康安全，促进人与自然和谐共生为宗旨，汇聚海内外优秀人才，建立集监测预警研究、疫源疫病研发、培训、资政、启民于一体的开放共享平台，服务上海筑牢重大传染病疫情防控的第一道防线，积极参与构建全球野生动物疫源疫病防控共同体。
研究院设置四大主要研究方向： 1. 野生动物疫源疫病监测与预警研究；
2. 野生动物病原体演化及跨物种传播致病机制研究；
3. 野生动物源性疫情风险评估和决策研究；
4. 监测防控创新技术应用转化研究。
华东师范大学是由国家举办、教育部主管，教育部与上海市人民政府重点共建的综合性研究型大学。
1996 年被列入“ 211 工程”国家重点建设大学行列。
2006 年，学校进入国家“ 985 工程”高校行列。
2017 年学校进入国家“世界一流大学”建设高校 A 类行列。
2023 年，上级管理部门批准设立上海市野生动物疫源疫病研究院，将重点聚焦“野生动物疫源疫病”领域的科学研究和人才培养。

一、任职要求
1 、杰出人才
①在疫源疫病相关领域取得系统性、创造性成就，具有广泛的学术影响力；
②具备出色的人才培养能力和管理能力；
③统筹负责研究院的发展；
④年龄一般不超过 55 周岁。
2 、学术带头人
①一般应在相关领域取得系统性、创造性成就，具有广泛的学术影响力；
②能独立发展和引领本领域研究方向，且具备出色的人才培养能力；
③年龄一般不超过 50 周岁。
3 、学术骨干（青年高层次人才）
1 ）紫江优秀青年学者（青年领军人才）
①获得传染病学、生态学、生物学、分子生物学、细胞生物学、免疫学、兽医学等相 关学科 博士学位，一般应在海外高校、科研机构、企业研发机构获得正式教职，且具有连续 3 年以上工作经历；
在海外取得博士学位且业绩特别突出的，可适当放宽工作年限要求；
②在本学术领域取得具有重要学术影响力的标志性研究成果；
③有较强的团队领导和组织协调能力，创新发展潜力大，并有望成为该领域学术带头人；
④年龄一般不超过 40 周岁。
2 ）紫江青年学者（青年拔尖人才）
①获得传染病学、生态学、生物学、分子生物学、细胞生物学、免疫学、兽医学等相 关学科 博士学位，原则上应具有 1 年及以上的博士后研究经历；
在海外取得博士学位且业绩特别突出的，可适当放宽工作年限要求；
②已取得同行公认的高水平研究成果，有突出的发展潜质，并有望成为所在学科的青年领军人才；
③年龄一般不超过 35 周岁。
4 、优秀后备人才
①获得传染病学、生态学、生物学、分子生物学、细胞生物学、免疫学、兽医学等相 关学科 博士学位；
②具有良好的科研工作基础并已取得一定的学术成果，有良好的发展潜质和创新思维；
③年龄一般不超过 35 周岁。
二、岗位性质及待遇
1 、本次招聘岗位均属于学校编制，薪酬待遇将参照世界一流大学相应职位，提供有竞争力的薪酬和房贴，工资标准按校内人才引进的相应岗位待遇执行。

The Shanghai Instituteof Wildlife Epidemics (henceforth referred to as the “Institute”), is acollaborative initiative between East China Normal University and higherauthorities. Entrusted to the management of East China Normal University ,the Institute operates relatively independently, and is primarily situated atthe Minhang Campus.
The institute isdedicated to actively preserving biological and ecological security,effectively preventing significant public health risks, ensuring the life andhealth safety of the population and promote harmonious coexistence betweenhuman beings and nature. It aims to gather top-tier talents from both domesticand abroad to establish an inclusive and shared platform. This platformintegrates research on monitoring and early warning systems, the development ofemerging infectious diseases, training, advisory service, and publicengagement.
Functioning as thevanguard in Shanghai ’sefforts to prevent and control major infectious disease outbreaks, theInstitute is also actively engaged in the global initiative to construct acommunity for the prevention and control of the emerging infectious diseases inwildlife. The Institute has four main research directions: 1. Monitoring andearly warning of the emerging infectious diseases in wildlife;
2. The evolutionof pathogens in wildlife and the mechanisms of cross-species transmission;

East China Normal University is a comprehensiveresearch-oriented university sponsored by the state, supervised by the Ministryof Education, and jointly constructed by the Ministry of Education and theShanghai Municipal People’s Government. For those with exceptionalperformance with a Ph.D. obtained overseas, the working experience requirementcan be appropriately relaxed.
ii. Have made landmark research achievementswith significant academic influence in their respective academic field.
iii. Strong team leadership and organizationalcoordination abilities, showing great potential for innovation and expected tobecome an academic leader in the field.

2) Zijiang YoungScholars (Outstanding Young Talents)
i. Hold a Ph.D. degree in related disciplinessuch as infectious diseases, ecology, biology, molecular biology, cell biology,immunology, veterinary medicine, etc. Inprinciple, the applicant should have at least 1 year or more of post-doctoralresearch experience. For those who obtained a Ph.D. overseas with exceptionalperformance, the working experience requirement can be appropriately relaxed.
ii. Have achieved recognized high-level researchresults and exhibit outstanding potential for development, expected to becomeyoung academic leaders in their respective disciplines.
iii. Generally under 35 years of age.
3) Excellent ReserveTalents
i. Hold a Ph.D. degree in related disciplinessuch as infectious diseases, ecology, biology, molecular biology, cell biology,immunology, veterinary medicine. etc.
ii. Possess a good foundation in scientificresearch and have achieved certain academic results, showing good potential fordevelopment and innovative thinking.
iii. Generally under 35 years of age.
II. Position Natureand Remuneration
1. The positions recruited this time are allpart of the university establishment. The salary and benefits will refer to thecorresponding positions of world-class universities, providing competitiveremuneration and housing subsidies. The salary standards will be in accordancewith the corresponding position benefits for talents recruited by theuniversity. Additionally, the institute will provide an additional annualsalary of 100,000 to 200,000 CYN on top of the university’s salary and benefitsto prioritize the comprehensive formation of the team, providing aninternational team of scholars, teachers, and staff.
2. In addition to the research start-up fundsprovided by the university, the institute will additionally allocate 500,000 to1,000,000 CYN as a one-time start-up fund for the preliminary construction anddevelopment of the research group.
