Overview:
WIC was initiated from FY22. Its mission is exploring technical innovations and
business opportunities, by closely collaborating with internal and external
partners, for Win-Win In China. Sponsored by global leadership, also strongly
supported by STCA leadership for innovative self-fund mode, WWIC team is
designed with dual-engine for great flexibility and extensibility.
WIC team is formed by a group of software engineers, product managers,
project managers, user operation managers, designers and various roles. With
business oriented mentality, we are obsessed about user affection and
customer success. We are passionate about China market, excited when facing
challenges and opportunities; together as band of brothers, aiming for
potential global impact.
Responsibilities:
- Investigates and researches cutting-edge technologies in LLM/AIGC areas.
- Applies related technologies (LLM, RAG, AI Agents, etc.) to build the system
for Office document & template generation.
- Defines problems, establishes metrics and data sets, to optimize the system
continuously.
- Seeks feedback and applies internal or industry best practices to improve
technical solutions.
Qualifications:
- Pursuing a master's or PhD's degree in AI/LLM/NLP, etc.
- Deep understanding about LLM and related theories and techniques.
- Experiences in prompt engineering, RAG, AI Agents and AI native
applications.
- Familiar with Python/C# and has good programming skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Passionate and self-motivated.
