一、助理工程师（ 1 名）

机械工程或类似领域相关背景
岗位职责：
Main Tasks ：
1. 收集顾客需求，包括图纸，工程标准，供应商手册及相关文件，归档相关档案；
Collecting customer requirements, which includes drawings, engineering standards, general supplier manual, and other documents. Taking archive accordingly;
2. 根据 RFQ 进行可行性分析及成本核算；
Formulating reports or presentations for new project, which may serve as clarification for specific concern of customer or initial proposal for new project of customer;
3. TFC 或 TR 的准备工作；

4. 维护成本核算的基础数据；
Maintaining the basic data for cost calculation;
5. 维护客户标准的数据库和授权技术手册；

Maintaining basic data in ERP system;
7. 维护基本的质量文件，包括流程图和控制计划。
Maintaining basic quality documents including Flow Chart and Control Plan.
8. 愿意给部门经理和其他部门全力的工作支持，可以其他临时的、加急的及额外的合理工作委派。

任职要求：
Professional Profile ：
1. 机械工程或类似领域的相关教育背景；
Relevant educational degree within the mechanical engineering or similar area;
2. 良好的沟通技巧和抗压能力；
Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure;
3. 使用 AutoCAD 有实际操作经验；
Hands-on experience with Auto CAD;
4. 能处理多任务和快节奏的工作方式；
Understanding of basic concepts of project management;
5. 熟练的英语语言能力。
Proficient English language skill.
二、 模具设计工程师（ 1 名）

需求专业：
机械工程或类似领域的相关教育背景
岗位职责：
Main Tasks ：
1. 阅读并将客户的工程要求转化为完善的文件和程序；
Reading and transferring customer's engineering requirements into Bulten document and procedure;
2. 从工程角度指导内部冷成形生产和螺纹滚压生产的日常运行，解决问题，提高工艺效率；
Monitoring the daily running of internal cold forming production and thread rolling production, solving problems and promoting the process into higher efficiency from engineering perspective;
3. 设计冷成形和螺纹滚压的工装夹具；
Designing tooling and fixture for cold forming and thread rolling;
4. 配合采购部管理模具供应商的绩效；
Cooperate with purchasing department to manage the performance of mold suppliers;
5. 收集最新的冷成形技术信息，提升模具寿命，优化模具成本；
Collecting latest technology information of cold forming, so that we can improve our production accordingly;
6. 更新工程部文件，如图纸、标准、检验指导书等；
Updating documents of Engineering department, such as drawings, standards and inspection instruction;
7. 维护技术部在 ERP 系统内的相关信息；
Maintain the relevant information of the technical department in the ERP system;
8. 理解专利技术手册中的技术要求，包括但不限于 Taptite 、 REMFORM 、 Torx 、 MAThread 等，从而精准地开展模具设计工作。
Understand the technical requirements in the patent technical manual, including but not limited to Taptite, REMFORM, Torx, MAThread, etc., so as to carry out mold design work accurately.

1. 机械工程或类似领域的相关教育背景；

2. 具备制造行业模具工程师的工作经验；
Proven work experience as an tooling engineer in manufacturing industry;
3. 使用 AutoCAD 有实际操作经验；
Hands-on experience with Auto CAD;
4. 具备基本的英语听说读写能力；
Basic English language proficiency in terms of reading and writing;
5. 良好的沟通技巧和抗压能力。
