职位描述

岗位职责：

-Perform handling operations according to current standards and requirements, as well as health, safety and environment (HSE) rules

- Prepare a component before painting : masking and sanding based on instructions.

-Ensure that your workstation’s qualification is valid

-Prepare paints according to instructions (make sure that the products used have not passed their expiry date)

-Adjust and use spray guns as specified in the instructions

-Perform the different painting phases according to instructions (included stencils if necessary and technical markings)

-Conduct visual and other checks according to instructions

-Program the drying oven as recommended in the instructions

-Perform sealants and finishing touch up

-Fill out traceability documents

-Ensure that both the materials and workstation are clean

-Maintain the workstation, equipment and work area according to current instructions and pay particular attention to the validity of periodic checks of this equipment

-Carry out Level 1 maintenance of equipment

-Make recommendations on how to improve the HSE environment and take part in team meetings about continuous improvement actions

-Put forward technical or other proposals to improve the work environment and industrial performance indicators
